Summer 2026 Scholarship Applications:

• Week 1: July 13-17 (9AM-3PM at Leffel School) 
• Week 2: July 20-24 (9AM-3PM at Leffel School) 

*Half Day Option: 5-8 Years Old, 9AM-12PM 

Scholarship Guidelines:

All MVP scholarships are need-based and applications are reviewed in the order they are received. Documentation of income (Form 1040) is required for all scholarship applications including returning campers. Based on household income, families may receive a full scholarship (no cost) or a reduced rate scholarship for up to 2 weeks. Approved scholarship families may purchase additional camp weeks at a reduced rate.

2. Complete the registration form, add to cart and proceed to checkout
3. At the bottom of the checkout page, choose “scholarship application” 
4. After submitting your registration, please email stephanie@byardsports.com with your most recent Form 1040 showing household income (*PLEASE OMIT SSN AND ANY OTHER SENSITIVE INFORMATION*) Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing
